Many of us are doing the same thing(s) we did yesterday and the day before that and the day before that.  

We eat what what we eat because that's how we were taught... for generations!

In the recent past few years, science and genetics have been studied and looked at in minute detail and the psychology of how we think about food and how we can re-program our thinking thru Cognitive Behavioral Modification allows us to make the LASTING changes we want so we never have go thru that vicious cycle of losing weight and regaining it, over and over. We actually can quit every behavior we want to and never re-lapse into our old thinking and our previous behavior.

We get up in the same way that we did yesterday, "thinking" about the rest of the day in the same way as we thought about it yesterday. We do the same things, day after day, year after year, decade after decade. The progression of changes that occur happen because of our daily thinking, which leads us into our daily choices and actions, resulting in the final consequences.  The sum total of which, if we're not careful, we define ourselves by. "I hate myself... I can't stop over-eating!" "OMG, I gained another 4 pounds over the weekend." "Why did I eat that ice cream in the middle of the night-I can't stop myself!"  "I know smoking is killing me, but I can't quit"  "I said I wouldn't gamble anymore, but why couldn't I stop myself from going to the Casino?"  "I'm a loser!"  Could our "habits" be more than just actions that are ruining our health, our finances... our very lives?  

Could I be addicted to over-eating, smoking, gambling or alcohol?  Am I doing these things because they "alter my mood"?  

Can I change How I Think, which will change my daily routines, which will change my daily outcomes or consequences and change the way I see myself?
